Adding notes to an order

  1. To start, open up the “Orders” screen of the app.
  2. Select an open order.
  3. This will open up the order within the “Shop” screen.
  4. To add a customer, notes, or number of guests to the order, select the “Options” button from the right hand side of the screen.
  5. To add notes to an order:
    • Click the “+” sign in the Notes section at the bottom right hand side of the screen.
    • Type in a note for the order. This can be used for customer descriptions, to mark a To-Go order and more.
    • Click “Update Notes.”
