Creating custom views of Customers

With “Customize View” in the Customers tab, you can create, save, and export filters of your customer list for marketing and analytics purposes. This is a great way to organize your Customer if you only want to see, contact, or report on certain groups of your customers.

How a customized view changes the page

Customers that display

Only Customers who meet the selected criteria will display in the customer results list.

Information in the list

  • The default customer list will always display basic data from a customer profile: First Name, Last Name, Street Address, State, City, Postal Code, Email, and Primary Phone.
  • With Customize View, you can add columns such as Preferred Staff, Membership ID, and Total Retail Sales so you can do your own sorting and reporting after exporting.
