Utilizing digital cart agreements

Signing a cart agreement on the iPad
  1. To obtain a digital G1 signature, begin by logging into the G1 app on the iPad.
  2. Select “Tee Sheet” and then the “Starter/Ranger” tab.
  3. Tap on the “Cart icon” next to the reservation.
  4. Tap “Add Cart” and give the cart a name or number.
  5. Now that you’ve added the cart, tap on the players that will be riding in the cart. Then, select the cart to assign the cart to the players.
  6. The Cart Agreement Button is now available to select (the button is blue, next to the red “X”).
  7. Select the player that will be signing the cart agreement.
  8. The player can now sign in the box on the screen with their finger or stylus. Once finished, tap the “Complete” button.
  9. Click the “Save” button to save the cart assignment.
  10. You can repeat this process for any other agreements that need signed.

Recalling a cart agreement on desktop

Now that a digital cart agreement signature has been captured, it can be viewed and printed from the G1 desktop platform.

  1. Log in to G1 from a desktop computer.
  2. Click on the “Orders” tab and then the “Cart Agreements” tab.
  3. This will take you to a list of the cart agreements that have been signed. You can use the fields at the top to locate the cart agreement you want to view.
  4. Click on the magnifying glass to view the signed agreement.
